Clothing Haul: Summer Edition:

Hey everyone, how are you? I hope you're doing well. Today's post is a little clothing haul on all the items that have made their way into my wardrobe! I'm a sucker for a haul and more often than not I see these kind of things more so on Youtube than I do on a physical blog, so we shall see how this goes! The summer holidays are fast approaching and I'm so excited to put my feet up and relax... well apart from doing a fifteen day placement at The Bolton News and working throughout summer hahaha, you know what I mean... it's almost time to jet set away on my holidaysss yay!! This years fashion has been a solid 11/10, I have loved so many items that have been released and I can't help but dip into my purse and get the latest bits and bobs... So here are my recent buys. Year one at uni is... done!

Hey! I've not been on here for about a week and I think a well needed update post about my life at the minute is needed... So year one at university is finally over and of course I have absolutely loved it but it's been one hell of a long and busy year, both emotionally and academically.  I've had so many assignments, exams, essays, open exams, more assignments and even going out and learning skills I've never attempted before all in one year and let me tell you it's been tiring.  At the start of the uni year I found it hard to be away from home and away from my family, every now and then I'd stay away from home for a couple of weeks and after a while I realised that I'm not the type of person who can stay away from home, being able to go home on Friday and go back to uni on a Monday night was exactly what I needed.  I'm a very home kind of girl and being able to head home on the train and spend my time with my parents and get a hug fr

Let's talk about... Anxiety

I am an extremely emotional person…  I used to think of this as a negative thing, but when I think about it, actually being emotional is okay. I now acknowledge that if I’m feeling stressed, panicked, nervous, or down, I just need to give myself time to breathe and overcome the feeling.  On this blog post, I want to talk about one feeling in particular and my experience with it… Anxiety. Quite a lot of people feel it, like stress… and if you’re quite an anxious person like myself you will know that your mind can change any small situation into a massively big one…  People who know me know that I experience anxiety often and I want to explore more into the feeling itself, and how I find ways to conquer it. Recognise when you feel anxious... Now I know this sounds obvious because we all know when we're feeling anxious.
