20 things I've learned in 20 years

Image
Hey! I've seen so many bloggers do this recently when they reach their 20th birthday and I thought seeing as I am now 20 (I'm old haha) I would give it a go! It feels odd being 20, I remember when I turned 12 and my mum would say love how young you feel now, enjoy every moment, don't rush wanting to be an adult. I wish I listened to her if I'm honest. Quite a lot of people feel it, like stress… and if you’re quite an anxious person like myself you will know that your mind can change any small situation into a massively big one…  People who know me know that I experience anxiety often and I want to explore more into the feeling itself, and how I find ways to conquer it. Recognise when you feel anxious... Now I know this sounds obvious because we all know when we're feeling anxious. But don't put off knowing why you're feeling this way, the best way to conquer them n...
