My Travel Playlist:

I love travelling and as many of you will know I’ve recently come back from my holiday to Tenerife and I’m gutted! It was such a wonderful holiday and I loved spending time with my family. For this blog post, I thought I would piece together my favourite songs at the minute that I loved whilst travelling on flight, whilst getting ready on holiday and the ones I loved whilst chilling around the pool. The playlist has way over 100 songs so I'm going to add a list for you to browse. So there is a mixture. I am obsessed with Lewis Capaldi at the minute, he is amazing! I can't get enough of his recent album, obsessed. I'm also loving all the old summer classics that will always get me in the mood like Summer by Calvin Harris, Whistle by Flo Rida and lastly, Despacito. Not only the old classics I'm loving the new ones like High Hopes and I Don't Care. These songs are great. All in all, I think this playlist is just a big pile of all the songs I like an...

Let's talk about food...

Image
Hey all, welcome back to the bloggg. I hope you're all doing well. Today's blog is all about food! My very favourite topic to talk about. I thought I'd share my go to places if you want to go out for a lil treat... food is honestly perfecttt. One of my go to places in Preston is We Don't Give A Fork! I went here last week and oh my goodness, the food is amazing and at such an affordable price. Basically it's a burger and fries restaurant where you create your own burger. You decide on the bun, the meat, the cheese and the sauce and even the fries. If you ever visit anywhere in Preston you must come here! Next is Nando's. I love Nando's in general but the one in Preston is a tiny branch and cosy. I must admit I have been way too many times but I can never have enough of the Lemon and Herb wrap with peri chips, yum!! I mean Wetherspoons of course. I'm a sucker for a cocktail pitcher and this is the best place to go. The pub food is...

Pick One Only - My Current Favourites!

Image
Hey everyone, welcome back!  I thought I'd share some of my favourites of this month. Basically because I want to share with you some of the things I have discovered in the last month. The things I have done, the things I've eaten and what I like... To change it up a little, I've decided to only choose one thing from different categories, the things I would pick if I could only choose one! I got this idea from a fellow blogger, her name is at the bottom! So here you have the clothes, the food and what I've used... in January! PICK ONLY ONE SERIES... You. I love this series so much, it is so different to anything I have ever seen and it's the perfect series for someone who likes a thriller. I mean its different because he stalks her... weirdddd. The creators are already planning season 2 and 3... I can't wait! PICK ONLY ONE BOOK... The Tattooist of Auschwitz. This is the latest book I've read among three others an...

Back home for Christmas...

Image
Hey Guys! This is a little different kind of blog post today. More of an update and what I'm up too. Normally I post every Wednesday, but I kind of slipped up this week due to being home and it's been one mega busy week! Let me update you :) First of all, on Wednesday last week my gorgeous new little sweet face was born, the new edition to our family, my nephew Cole. He quickly stole all of our hearts with his little face. I honestly love him so much, its a love like no other... him and my other beautiful nephew and niece. So, for the majority of last weekend I was getting so many cuddles... just look at his toes!! Other than cooing over the little prince, I had my gorgeous niece over for a sleepover and we had the best time, I've not seen her in so long because of being at uni and I miss her so much. She's growing up so much and time is flying by. Then came a massive deadline that will make or break if I get into my second year of my course at uni, so ...

5 things to do in your spare time at uni:

Image
As I'm writing this I'm sat in my flat studying shorthand, all fun and games but after a while I get bored. Especially on a Monday or Wednesday when I'm either not in lectures or finish early. I've watched about three and a half seasons of Jane the Virgin on Netflix and the whole season of Gossip Girl in my spare time so far... SO, here are five things to do when your flat becomes boring or lonely.                                                                                                                                                                       ...

My visit to the Big Apple - New York:

Image
My whole life I dreamt of visiting New York City. I watched many films located in the heart of the city, fell in love with Gossip Girl and my lust to go there grew stronger. In January, I got the opportunity to visit the states with my friends from college as part of an academic trip. My dream came true. With our A-levels coming to an end it seemed right to head away on this once in a lifetime opportunity.  The only issue we encountered was when we arrived the water system in JFK airport was broken so the airport was flooded. Everyone got evacuated and we didn't receive our luggage for the whole trip! This meant on the first day we had to spend most of our time buying new clothes, which I mean is fun but when you only bring a budget of money, it kinda sucks... luckily we received our luggage back in Manchester when we arrived home. So let's get onto the fun parts of the trip. We stayed in Maddison Square Gardens in a hotel called Hotel Pennsylvania, ...

Autumn... my favourite time of the year

Image
Crisp autumn walks, pumpkins and squashes, crunchy leaves under your feet, movie nights, colour schemes and all things pumpkin spice latte and tea. The heating is on, thick duvets have made a return, cosy socks are the only thing that keeps my feet warm. Well, autumn is well under way and that means it's okay to talk about Christmas, doesn't it?  Autumn has to be the best time of year for me. Personally, the number one thing that has to come first in my favourites is Starbucks treasured autumnal drink... The Pumpkin Spice Latte. I mean, I can never get enough of the festive drink. The pumpkin spice latte makes every day better, well less colder haha. I think my most favourite thing about it, is that I'm always going to coffee shops with my two besties back home to grab it. We always meet up, or I tend to pick them up now that I have a car, and we just chat about our lives. It genuinely just makes this time of the year so special and nice. Honestly if you have n...
