Back to Uni - Stationary Haul:

Image
Hey you lovely bunch, how are you all? I've not been on here in a while and I must admit I had one hectic summer this year. I had so many days working which I'm not complaining about because money but I've also been busy with my family and reading all the summer books.  Now that I'm back at uni and a week in to my second year, I'm really loving having the routine back and getting back to my studies.  I promised you many weeks ago a stationary haul and I let my blog drift away for a while but I'm back! So here is the stationary haul... I am a sucker for a stationary haul and anything to do with pens and notepads. Honestly, I will have a cupboard full of notepads that are empty and I will still buy another one thinking I have none left, silly really but a girl can never have enough stationary. Anyhow, first of all I picked up this gorgeous planner from TkMaxx, they have the most amazing mid year planners so I would 100% recommend.  I ...

Lonely Planet - My Picture Bucket list:

Image
If I had all the money in the world I would travel everywhere. But I don't so I guess a girl can dream haha. There are many places I wish I could go to. I have a bucket list that I so want to tick off. I have currently five ticked off already: America, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Amsterdam and Switzerland. In each place I've travelled around and really found the places I love. In America I have been to Florida, Orlando and I've been to New York. In Tenerife I have explored both the north and the south. I think I know Tenerife inside and out. Anyway, I always get side tracked, I have a huge passion for travel and like many of you know I aim to be a travel writer one day. So, as it's a passion of mine I started exploring the Lonely Planet more and I adore the site and all the materials they create. For this post, I've decided to explore their site and show you some pictures they have up on their socials and images that others have created too, just so we can all...

What's in my travel bag?

Image
It's almost time for me to jet set away to Tenerife with my family and I am so EXCITED! I love travelling, so much so I've already been looking for next summer! It's always been a goal of mine to travel write, being able to travel the world and write about it... yesss please. So anyway, I thought I would share with you all what I take in my hand luggage/carry-on bag for plane rides. I find going to the airport and being on the plane one of the most exciting parts about going away, I'm such a travel nerd! I often take a backpack with me as my travel bag because it's easy carry as it has two straps and its so convenient for space and fits underneath the seat in front of you. Sometimes I take a bag but it often hurts my shoulder so much due to the weight... I'm most probably taking too many books and magazines haha. These are quite small pockets at the side and I probably would put a bottle of water in the pocket but seeing as you cant take liquids thro...

Five places to go during Spring:

Image
Hey you beautiful bunch, I've missed writing frequently but I've had serious writers block and so many exams that I've needed to revise for! No excuse I know!! Anyway, todays post is all about getting out of the house in this glorious weather and exploring places when the sun is shining! 1: The Park: I love going to the park with the family or even friends and having a cute picnic, eating all the good foods and simply enjoying life. including feeding the ducks and getting an ice cream from the cafe, Fredrick's ice cream is the best!! It's a dream when the sun is out and I loveeeee visiting places like this. A little stroll, a chill on the picnic blanket and soaking up all the sun. My fave park at the minute is Avenham Park in Preston, such a pretty place! 2: The Garden: I know this sounds silly, but the best times are ones spent with your family in the garden. We make so many memories during spring and summer just by being in the garden, havi...
